1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

The plan is a digital PDF delivered by email and by a download link. You choose one of three forms — The Weekly Plan, Your Allergen Calendar or The 28 Day Cards — at the same price, and the Fridge Sheet and the 100 Foods Tracker come with it. It is a one-time purchase at $38, with the check discount described below. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Optional add-ons offered at checkout or after payment are separate one-time purchases, each charged only after an explicit confirmation.

3. Not medical advice

Our materials are general education about infant feeding, built on public guidance from the AAP, CDC, NHS, NIAID and ASCIA. They are not medical advice, they do not know your baby, and they do not create a clinician-patient relationship.

Always follow your pediatrician's advice over anything in our materials, especially if your baby was premature, has eczema, reflux, a diagnosed food allergy, a feeding difficulty, or any medical condition. In an emergency contact emergency services.

AAP, CDC, NIAID, NIH, NHS and ASCIA are cited as public sources. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by any of them.

4. Who may use this

It is written for healthy, full-term babies eating by mouth; if your baby has a diagnosed allergy, reflux under treatment or was born preterm, follow your pediatrician's plan. If you have already bought it, write to us and we refund it.

You must be 18 or older and buying as a parent or caregiver. The service is intended for use in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own household, including printing them for that household.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share the files, or use them commercially — including in a daycare, a class, or a paid community — without written permission.

6. Payment, taxes, refunds

Payment is processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant and seller of record for your purchase and collects any applicable sales tax. Your statement will show PADDLE.NET* WELLFED. The exact legal entity differs for buyers inside and outside the United States and is named on your receipt.

Prices are in US dollars. The list price of the plan is $38. Completing the free check takes $19 off it for 15 minutes; when that window ends the price goes back to $38, which is also the price on our public purchase page. Nothing is sold below the list price without one of those named discounts.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: 14 days, no form to fill in.

7. Download links

Your download link does not expire, but it is personal and rate-limited. If it stops working, write to us and we will send a new one.

8. Your content and answers

The answers you give in the quiz are used to build your plan and to run the service. How we handle them — including answers about a child's age and allergens — is described in our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All text, layout, illustrations and photographs in our materials are © 2026 TBD LLC, except third-party images used under their own licences.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. We do not promise any particular outcome for your baby, and we make no guarantee that a plan will suit every child.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced by email to buyers.

12. Governing law and disputes
